How To Get the Nude Lip

Nia Long is the inspiration behind this post. She has a natural beauty about herself. Her makeup is usually very natural looking.  She pulls of the “nude” lip look so well that I decided to give it a try.

To achieve this look:

First, prep the lips using any moisturizer or lip balm. My personal favorite is Mary Kay Satin Lips Lip Balm.

Next, I lightly lined my lips with Mac BBQ lip pencil.

Then I used Mac Select Moisture Cover moisturizing concealer in a tube with built-in applicator, very much like your typical lip gloss. I used concealer to create an even malette on my lips. 

Lastly, I layered Mac Lipgelee Jellybabe on top to create the “Nude Lip” look.
