Get Bronzed like Chili
I loved Chili’s look so much I figured I’d share how to achieve her look. Before makeup application make sure the skin is properly moisturized. After moisturizing, use a primer to ensure even application of foundation. Follow the brief, outlined steps using your favorite products. Top off the look using plenty of bronzer and shimmering highlighting powder.
