If you haven’t noticed I’ve been on vacay for the past 2 weeks with family and friends in St. Louis and Ohio. I enjoyed every minute of it! I guess it’s only right for me to update my prosperous readers on what’s been going on. This is fair warning that this post is very random, somewhat all over the place but either way I hope you dig it

I got a few twitter messages asking me to post the hottest NYE looks and I said I would post something but that didn’t happen…I was uninspired so I enlisted the help of my “stylist”. She picked a fabulous all black number from the BCBG store in Plaza Frontenac but unfortunately the blistering cold in Ohio didn’t agree with my outfit of choice. I had to nix the black mini but I still opted to wear the lace turtle neck.

A lie is a lie! Stop lying about the smallest things. Even if someones feelings are on the line. If you don’t mean it, don’t say it. People respect honesty more than deceit…even when it hurts. The hurt will go away but words spoken linger a lot longer after they’ve been said. Say what you mean and mean what u say. Don’t intentionally say you are going to do something knowing you have no intentions of doing it. Your word is your bond. Be a man/woman of your word and start thinking before you speak. As a child my mom would threaten me with a saying that hasn’t left my mind ” don’t write a check, you ass can’t cash”
