Faith Friday: A New Season

This past week the weather has been absolutely amazing compared to the blistering cold winter we’ve had here in the DMV. The warmer temps let me know Spring is just around the corner! Last night I realized as the physical seasons change, I am experiencing seasonal changes as well. In a previous posting- In Due Season, I referenced a scripture in Ecclesiastes 3:

 “To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven”.

Season and time are two different things and right now I am in a critical season AND time of my life! I have to make some serious life decisions within the next 2 weeks and I don’t know what to do. Everything seems so “up in the air”. I can’t lie and say that it’s been easy because it hasn’t. From past experiences I know the important thing is not to struggle too hard against things I cannot change.  I have to constantly remind myself not to become anxious because the anxiety coupled with uncertainty can turn into fear of the unknown. At this point my faith is my only option and faith can’t operate in fear. I need wisdom and divine revelation from on high to make wise decisions. I submit to God and ask him to take over and have his way. He has proved time and time again that his plan for my life is far greater than anything I could have imagined. As I strive towards TOTAL LIFE PROSPERITY, I look forward to the new season!
