Nia Long has a natural beauty about herself. Her makeup is usually very natural looking. She pulls of the “nude” lip look so well that I decided to give it a try. To achieve this look you will need a few basic items: lip balm, lip pencil, liquid concealer, and a lightly colored gloss that compliments your skin tone. This is what I did. First I prepped the lips using moisturizer or lip balm. My personal favorite is Mary Kay Satin Lips Lip Balm. Next, I lightly lined the lips with Mac BBQ lip pencil. Then I used Mac Select Moisture Cover moisturizing concealer in a tube with built-in applicator, very much like your typical lip gloss. I used concealer to create an even malette on my lips. Lastly, I layered Mac Lipgelee Jellybabe on top to create the “Nude Lip” look.
